The savory and rich Chaozhou style soup bases add a complex freshness and sweetness to the ingredients. In Jul and Aug, Dining Room will be serving two Chaozhou hotpot specialities: Chaozhou shacha broth with ox-offal, and double-boiled superior soup with eel wrapped in preserved cabbage. Seasonal ingredients on offer to pair with these soup bases include hand cut beef platter, shrimp mousse with handmade conger pike eel fish cakes, goose intestine, handmade pork balls with pig stomach and white pepper and handmade beef balls with preserved tianjin vegetables.
