The season for hairy crabs is upon us again. Throughout Sep and Oct, our hotpot hot spot Dining Room is celebrating their return with two full of creamy orange roe soup bases: chicken broth with hairy crab roe and fish maw, and crabmeat congee with hairy crab roe. Both the soup base and congee can be paired with hairy crab roe dipping sauce and other seasonal ingredients such as handmade pork meatballs with hairy crab roe and perilla leaves, handmade cuttlefish balls with hairy crab roe and salted egg yolk, shrimp wontons with hairy crab roe, and deep-fried fish skin with hairy crab roe. And don’t forget to complete the nutritious meal with body-warming black sesame glutinous rice dumplings with ginger tea.

Remarks:
1) Maximum of 8 persons allowed to be seated at each table for dine-in.
2) Reservations are required. Each Membership account may only book one table each time.
3) All Members and guests aged 12 or above must have received COVID-19 vaccine in accordance with the prevailing Vaccine Pass requirement and present their vaccination records (either the QR Code or in paper form) for scanning or inspection when entering the Clubhouses and each individual outlet/facility. 4) We would like to appeal to all Members to take the Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) before accessing all Racing Club dining facilities. To clarify, Members do not have to provide proof of negative test results.
5) All arrangements shall be under prevailing legal / Club's requirements.
