Noodle Bar brings you new flavours of appetisers, hand-pulled noodles and home-made dumplings with its brand new menu. Highlights include hand-pulled noodles with prawns and dried shrimps in shrimp broth, wok-fried handmade fish noodles with shredded pork, chilled hand-pulled noodles with minced pork,  pan -fried cured pork cakes, drunken shrimp in Hua Diao wine, and wok-fried Dalian abalones with mushrooms in spicy anchovy sauce. Of course, popular dishes such as xiao long bao, pan -fried crispy pork dumplings,  “dan dan mian”and the racing club fried rice are on the menu too.
