About the Artist

Kenneth Wong began his creative journey with a childhood passion for comics, which inspired his lifelong pursuit of art. After working across diverse creative fields, he returned to the authenticity of hand-painted expression, founding Pegasus Art Studio and dedicating himself as a full-time artist.

Blending Eastern and Western traditions, Kenneth is recognized for his vibrant palette, expressive brushwork, and the spirited depictions of horses — his signature subject. To him, the horse embodies freedom, perseverance, and the pursuit of dreams, a spirit that continues to shape his artistic evolution.

Terms & Conditions

1. The artwork service is available to The Racing Club Members only. All charges for the artwork service will be billed directly to the Member’s Hang Seng Membership Card upon order confirmation.
2. Once an order is confirmed and charged, all payments are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other merchandise or services.
3. The Member is responsible for ensuring that all information, instructions, images, references, names, addresses and contact details provided for the order are complete, accurate and lawful and do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. The Club and the artist shall not be responsible for any delay, error or issue arising from incomplete, inaccurate or late information provided by the Member.
4. Once the initial sketch is approved by the Member, it will be deemed final. The project will move directly into final production, and no further alteration requests will be entertained unless otherwise agreed by the artist at the artist’s sole discretion and subject to any additional charges or revised timeline.
5. Delivery Timeline (60 Days): The “60 days delivery” period starts from the day following the Member’s formal approval of the initial sketch, and not from the initial date of purchase or order placement. The timeline is an estimate only and may be affected by factors outside the Club’s or the artist’s control, including the artist’s production schedule, courier arrangements, adverse weather, customs or logistics issues.
6. All artworks are individually created by the artist. Marketing visuals, samples, references and promotional materials are for reference only. Natural variations in colour, stroke, composition, proportion, style and artistic interpretation may occur and shall not constitute valid grounds for order cancellation, refund, replacement, remake or compensation.
7. Completed artwork will be sent via designated courier services or such delivery method as may be arranged by the artist. Members are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for receiving the delivery. Any redelivery, storage, return, additional courier charges or other costs arising from incorrect delivery details, failed delivery, refusal or failure to receive delivery shall be borne by the Member.
8. All intellectual property rights, copyright and other rights in the artwork, sketches, designs and related creative materials remain solely with the artist or the relevant rights owner. Purchase of the artwork grants the Member personal ownership of the physical artwork and personal display rights only. The Member shall not reproduce, publish, modify, adapt, distribute, sell, commercialise or otherwise exploit the artwork or any part of it without the prior written consent of the rights owner.
9. The Club acts solely as an intermediary platform to facilitate the introduction, ordering and communication process between Members and the artist. The artwork is created, supplied and delivered by the artist directly. The artist retains sole responsibility for the artwork, including its creation, style, quality, condition, delivery and any after-sales matters. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Club shall not be liable for any act, omission, default, delay, representation, warranty, service, product, artwork or delivery issue of or caused by the artist, courier or any third-party service provider.
10. The Club does not give any warranty, representation or undertaking as to the artwork, the artist’s services, the delivery timeline, artistic outcome, suitability, quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose or availability of the service. Any descriptions or promotional materials are provided for general reference only and do not form part of any warranty or guarantee by the Club.
11. The Club reserves the right to reject or cancel any order, suspend or withdraw the service, amend these terms and conditions, or make any operational arrangement in relation to the service at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Club shall be final and binding.
